Product Details
Our export package is strong enough and we use a lot of reinforcement materials inside the package.

- We place MDF panels inside the gap between the carton and product to protect the 4 sides from damage;
- We use overall styrofoam on the playfield;
- We use 350 Pounds K=K extra strong corrugated paper carton, it’s strong enough.

Sample shipment
1. Shipment by sea, it’s economic but always needs some much time. For sample shipment, it should be LCL shipment. There would be some extra local charges. The regular delivery time is around 25-35 days to arrive at the destination port.
2. Shipment by air, it’s expensive but it’s the quickest method. It just needs one week to arrive the airport nearby you. Sometimes, the forwarder don’t provide door to door service. You need to pick it up at the air port nearby you. For door to door service, the postage from airport to your place would be another charge you need to pay.
3. Shipment by express, it’s expensive but it’s more convenient for you. You need to do nothing just wait for your parcel at your office or home. At present, there are three options available: Fedex, DHL, TNT. Which one is the best choice? It depends on your actual needs.
Mass order shipment
For mass order delivery, shipment by sea seems the only method that we can choose. The reason is that it’s the most economic method for long distance transportation. It needs about 25-35 days to arrive your port. You need to have an local agent to pick it up at your side and as well as customs clearance.
Q: Can I customize the table and felt color?
A: Now, there are two table colors available black & brown.
Q: What’s the material for felt?
A: We use casino grade cloth.
Q: How long is the sampling time?
A: For sampling time, we usually need around 20 days if everything is confirmed.
Q: When will you arrange the production?
A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment. The lead time is usually 55 days.
Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance as well as LC. For LC payment, we only accept the amount over 20, 000 USD.
Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: If you have your ship agent in China, please let us know their contact information so that we can contact them to arrange the shipment in advance.
We provide a manufacturer’s warranty against major defects in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering ninety (90) days from original purchase date.
